The application and required documentation must be submitted by March 31, 2025 verify date to LEAD Coalition, online or by submitting paperwork via collection at sites.

Required Documentation:

* Completed Student Application

* Completed Project – “Why I want to Join”

* Completed Adult Sponsor Form and Letter
